Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling multiple HR functions while ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, schedule technical interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
- Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and manage joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Handle employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
- Support payroll by providing accurate attendance, leave, and employee data.
- Manage leave, attendance, and HRMS records.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and resolve workplace concerns.
- Conduct employee engagement and wellness activities.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with the POSH Act and other statutory requirements.
HR Administration
- Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and other HR documents.
- Maintain HR reports, MIS, and employee databases.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Assist in HR audits and statutory compliance activities.
- Support other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant HR experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
