Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and stock exchange regulations (National Stock Exchange of India / Bombay Stock Exchange)
- Manage board meetings, agendas, and minutes
- Handle filings with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)
- Maintain statutory records and registers
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and stakeholders
- Monitor legal/regulatory updates and advise management
- Oversee corporate governance and disclosure requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified Company Secretary (Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India).
- Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, and securities laws.
- Experience in stock broking / financial services preferred.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Experience:
- 2–5+ years in a broking firm, financial institution, or listed company preferred.
