Key Responsibilities
1. Student Recruitment & Outreach
- Conduct informational sessions, campus tours, and open house events for prospective students and parents.
- Participate in education fairs, school visits, and community outreach programs to build a strong applicant pipeline.
- Actively engage with prospective families via phone, email, video calls, and messaging platforms to address questions regarding admissions, curriculum, and campus life.
2. Application Management & Evaluation
- Guide applicants and families through the admissions process, documentation requirements, and deadline management.
- Review academic transcripts, recommendation letters, entrance test scores, and personal essays.
- Conduct interviews or assessment meetings with applicants and parents to evaluate suitability and alignment with school standards.
3. Relationship Management & Follow-up
- Maintain regular, personalized communication with prospective families to nurture interest and improve conversion rates.
- Address inquiries regarding tuition fees, scholarships, financial aid options, and hostel/transportation facilities.
- Build strong working relationships with school heads, academic coordinators, and external educational consultants.
4. Data Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain up-to-date applicant records and status tracking in the school’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Student Information System (SIS).
- Monitor admission conversion metrics (inquiries, applications, offers, enrollments) and generate periodic performance reports for leadership.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in admissions, student counseling, customer service, sales, or public relations (preferably in an educational setting).
- Software Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or school-specific portals), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
