Compensation Structure:
First Year (Trainee Period – 12 Months):
Gross Stipend of ₹20,000 per month + Incentive
Second Year:
Gross Salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month, based on first- year performance + Incentive
Third Year Onwards:
Gross Salary ranging from ₹27,000 to ₹35,000 per month, based on second-year performance + Incentive

Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify new customers and generate business enquiries from Manufacturing, OEM, Industrial Automation, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Engineering Products sectors.
- Understand customer requirements, technical specifications, drawings, and application details related to Hydraulic Cylinders, Hydraulic Power Packs, Industrial Equipment, and Industrial Solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for the preparation of technical and commercial quotations for Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Engineering Products.
- Learn quotation preparation, costing, and the customer communication process for Industrial Equipment and OEM business requirements.
- Follow up with customers for quotation status, approvals, and purchase orders related to Hydraulic Cylinders, Hydraulic Power Packs, and other Industrial Solutions.
- Coordinate for drawing and 3D model approvals from customers for Engineering Products and Industrial Automation projects.
- Share approved 2D/3D drawings and BOM details internally with production and design teams for Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Manufacturing applications.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations submitted, and orders received for Industrial Equipment, OEM, and Engineering Products businesses.
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS/status reports related to sales enquiries, business development, and opportunities in Hydraulics, Industrial Automation, and Industrial Solutions.
- Visit customers when required for meetings, technical discussions, product presentations, and relationship building across the Manufacturing, OEM, Hydraulic Cylinders, Hydraulic Power Packs, and Industrial Equipment industries.
