- Teaching & Instruction: Develop and deliver lesson plans for theoretical nursing courses and practical clinical skills.
- Clinical Supervision: Guide students in hospital or community settings to ensure safe patient care, often using models like Tanner’s clinical judgment.
- Curriculum Development: Update and review academic content to align with current evidence-based practice and accreditation standards.
- Student Evaluation: Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and clinical evaluations.
- Mentorship & Advising: Offer guidance and counseling to students regarding academic progress and career goals.
- Administration & Service: Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and accreditation activities.
- Professional Development: Conduct research, publish findings, and maintain clinical expertise
