Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Regional Sales Head – Mumbai , based in Mumbai to drive business growth across the southern region for our System Integration business . The role will be responsible for expanding enterprise accounts, driving regional revenue targets, and scaling our Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition (hunting) and account growth (farming) across enterprise customers in the South region.
- Own and deliver regional revenue targets , including both individual contribution and team performance .
- Expand and scale the Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) portfolio across enterprise clients.
- Build, lead, and mentor a strong regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders within enterprise organizations.
- Lead large enterprise deal closures , including solution positioning, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful solution deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends and identify new growth opportunities within the regional enterprise technology ecosystem.
Required Experience & Skills
- 10–15 years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
- Proven track record in System Integration sales within Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, or Managed Services .
- Strong experience managing regional revenue ownership and sales targets .
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams .
- Strong CXO engagement and enterprise relationship management skills.
- Ability to close large and complex enterprise deals .
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic sales planning skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large enterprise clients across the South region.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation solutions .
- Proven ability to scale new business opportunities and long-term strategic accounts .
