Manage repair scheduling, assign technicians, and ensure jobs progress smoothly and timely
Inspect repairs at completion, maintain high standards, reduce re‑work, and handle customer escalations
Set and monitor KPIs (productivity, cycle time, quality); conduct performance reviews and corrective actions .
Provide clear cost/time estimates, updates, and handle complaints promptly
Liaise with insurance adjusters, prepare accurate estimates, coordinate claim approvals and follow-ups
Monitor stock, order parts, coordinate with parts department, verify deliveries
