Content Creator (Social Media & AI)

About Us
We are building modern Indian fashion brands and are looking for a highly creative Content Creator. You'll be responsible for turning ideas into engaging content that drives views, followers, and sales across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shooting videos, editing reels, designing graphics, writing scripts, and using AI tools to create content faster and better.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute content for our social media.
- Shoot high-quality videos and product photos using a phone or camera.
- Edit engaging Reels, Shorts, and videos with fast-paced, modern editing styles.
- Design graphic posts, carousels, banners, and stories.
- Write hooks, captions, and scripts for videos.
- Research trending content, audio, and viral formats.
- Use AI tools like Google Flow, Canva AI, CapCut AI, etc. to generate ideas and speed up content creation.
- Coordinate with models, photographers, and influencers during shoots.
- Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats for different platforms.
- Analyze performance and continuously improve content based on insights.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in social media content creation.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and social content trends.
- Excellent video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Filmora.
- Good graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Comfortable behind the camera as well as directing shoots.
- Strong storytelling and scripting ability.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and productivity.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands is a plus.
Bonus Skills
- Photography and lighting.
- Experience managing influencer collaborations.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads creative best practices.
