Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations across multiple real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in project accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage complete accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting functions.
· Maintain project-wise accounting, costing, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
· Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA compliances, audits, and other statutory requirements.
· Monitor contractor billing, subcontractor payments, vendor management, and customer receivables.
· Prepare and analyze MIS reports, Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and financial forecasts.
· Ensure timely bank reconciliations, fund management, and working capital monitoring.
· Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and financial institutions.
· Support management with financial planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
Required Skills:
· Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Construction Accounting.
· Expertise in GST, TDS, RERA, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
· Proficiency in project costing, budgeting, financial analysis, and fund management.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting skills.
· Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to independently manage multiple projects and finance operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
· 10+ years of experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Contracting Companies.
· Proven experience in handling project-based accounting and financial controls.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and stakeholders.
· Capable of independently managing complete finance and accounting operations for multiple projects.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
