Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to support our sales and business development efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, client interaction, and lead generation within a fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and target market segments.
- Conduct market research and gather relevant customer data.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Participate in training sessions and shadow sales calls to learn the sales process.
- Support the team with follow-ups and communication with prospective clients
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service
- Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working with MS Office / Google Workspace
- Good team player with a strong problem-solving attitude
Experience
6 months – 1 year (or above) experience
