Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Solar Sales Representative with a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering background to join our growing renewable energy team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, technical understanding of solar energy systems, and the ability to promote solar solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market solar energy products and solutions.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Explain technical and commercial benefits of solar systems to clients.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for project requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and government policies related to solar energy.
Requirements
- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and renewable energy solutions.
- Ability to handle client meetings and field marketing activities.
- Required minimum 1 year experience in field sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication is preferred.
