Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketer who can develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create content calendars and campaign plans.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Manage and grow social media communities.
- Track performance metrics and generate reports.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns when required.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and industry best practices
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in social media marketing. (Interns welcomed)
- Strong understanding of content strategy, engagement, and brand building.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Graphic design knowledge.
- Video content planning and scripting.
- Paid advertising experience.
- SEO and digital marketing knowledge.
