Are you a strategic networker with a proven track record of driving high-value healthcare partnerships? Air Medical 24X7 is expanding its footprint in the capital, and we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our growth engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Alliances: Identify, pitch to, and onboard premier multi-specialty hospitals, large-scale corporate HR networks, and major insurance providers across Delhi NCR.
- C-Suite Engagement: Drive high-impact meetings and present tailored aeromedical logistics solutions directly to Hospital CXOs, Medical Directors, and Corporate Heads.
- Territory Leadership: Own the regional business development pipeline, optimizing conversion rates and establishing Air Medical 24X7 as the preferred medical aviation partner.
- Contract Management: Oversee the end-to-end drafting, negotiation, and execution of high-value Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) and long-term service agreements.
- Relationship Management: Nurture critical partner relationships to ensure seamless, long-term referral flows and institutional trust.
What We Are Looking For:
- Deep established networks within the healthcare ecosystem, corporate wellness sectors, or hospital management groups.
- Stellar negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex institutional sales cycles.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with experience leading regional growth initiatives.
Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Delhi
