Job description: Business Coordinator
Role Overview:
This role focuses on managing client communication, handling inbound and outbound leads, and supporting business growth through effective follow-ups, proposals, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
- Follow up with enquiries and convert them into business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and converted calls
- Ensure timely and professional communication with clients
- Support in creating proposals and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Exposure to social media and AI tools is an added advantage
Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹22,000 + Perks
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
