The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. This role involves client acquisition, retention, and providing excellent customer service.
Generate leads through connectors, builders, and direct sourcing
Promote housing finance products such as Home Loans, LAP
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct customer meetings and explain loan products
Build long-term relationships with customers and referral partners
Provide end-to-end customer support from lead generation to loan disbursement
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Collect and verify customer documents
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for faster approvals
Ensure proper KYC, income verification, and compliance
Develop strong relationships with builders, brokers
Identify new market opportunities and expand sourcing channels
Conduct competitor analysis and market research
Follow company policies and RBI guidelines
Maintain accurate MIS and sales reports
