About the Role - Work From Home
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to company growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills with the ability to work independently from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
- Identify potential clients and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings through phone or video calls.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals with clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients until closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or Excel.
- Submit daily activity and sales reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent English and Hindi communication (Verbal & Written)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Lead generation and client acquisition
- Sales and business development
- Follow-up and relationship management
- MS Excel, MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM knowledge
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred
- Laptop with a stable internet connection is mandatory
