Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, commercially driven, and communication-focused Vendor Coordinator to manage vendor relationships and support the execution of branding, advertising, and marketing initiatives across multiple client accounts.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with existing vendors, identifying and onboarding new vendors when required, negotiating commercial terms, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and branding activities. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation capabilities, and the ability to build reliable vendor partnerships across various media and advertising channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of experience in Vendor Management, Media Coordination, Procurement, Advertising Operations, Branding, Marketing Communications, or Agency Operations.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Ability to build and manage vendor relationships.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and process orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Prior experience working with outdoor advertising vendors, media houses, broadcasters, publishers, influencer marketing agencies, or branding agencies will be a strong advantage.
- Experience in preparing Release Orders (ROs), vendor agreements, purchase documentation, and campaign execution workflows is preferred.
