Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Automation Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Industrial Automation technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Industrial Instrumentation, and Control Systems, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
The candidate will be responsible for training students, developing practical sessions, guiding real-time projects, and supporting placement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Industrial Instrumentation, and Control Systems.
- Conduct practical sessions and guide students in real-time projects.
- Assist students with troubleshooting, assignments, and interview preparation.
- Prepare training materials and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Support placement and technical workshop activities.
Required Skills
- PLC Programming (Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, Omron)
- HMI & SCADA
- VFD & Motor Control
- Industrial Sensors & Actuators
- Electrical Control Panels
- Industrial Communication Protocols (Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP)
- Basic Electrical & Instrumentation Knowledge
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in EEE, ECE, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or Automation.
Experience
- 0–2 Years in Industrial Automation, PLC Programming, SCADA, or Technical Training.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge and project experience are encouraged to apply.
