We are looking for an experienced and skilled Soldering Technician to join our manufacturing and production team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in PCB soldering, component assembly, and electronic equipment handling with strong attention to quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual soldering and de-soldering of electronic components and PCBs.
- Assemble electronic components as per production requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot soldering defects and ensure quality standards.
- Handle SMT and through-hole components carefully.
- Read and understand basic circuit diagrams and assembly instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workstation.
- Coordinate with the production and quality team for smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or related field is mandatory.
- Additional certification in soldering or electronics assembly will be preferred.
Work Experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in soldering and electronics assembly.
- Good practical knowledge of PCB handling, soldering tools, and electronic components.
- Experience in manufacturing or electronics production industry preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong soldering and assembly skills.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of electronic circuits and components.
- Ability to work efficiently under production timelines.
- Knowledge of quality standards and safety procedures.
