Job Summary
The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for leading all HR and administrative activities for the advertising company, café, and salon. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR compliance, payroll coordination, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely salary processing.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Manage employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and confidential HR documents.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Administration
- Oversee daily administrative operations across all business units.
- Manage office facilities, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Handle asset management and office inventory.
- Monitor and control administrative expenses and budgets.
- Ensure workplace health, safety, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with external agencies, consultants, and government authorities when required.
Business Unit Support
- Provide HR and administrative support for:
- CNM Global Innovation
- Coffee Duet Café
- Hair Duet Salon Division
- Support workforce planning and manpower requirements across all locations.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience managing recruitment, employee relations, and administrative functions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Preferred Skills
- Multi-unit business management experience.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in service industries such as hospitality, café, salon, or retail will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
