Social Media Intern (6-Month Internship | Full-Time Opportunity)

Are you someone who lives and breathes Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the latest social media trends? We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Associate who can take complete ownership of our online presence and help build a strong digital brand.
This is a 6-month internship with the opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all company social media platforms end-to-end (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Write compelling captions, posts, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with the design and video teams for creatives and reels.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, memes, and platform updates.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build an online community.
- Track performance using analytics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Execute campaigns to improve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Requirements
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook algorithms.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn.
