About the Role
We are a growing e-commerce business selling on eBay and our own website with international shipping. We are looking for a smart, proactive person to handle consignment booking, product research, and vendor coordination. Inventory is already managed — we need you focused purely on sourcing and growing our product range.
Your Daily Work Will Include
- Booking Consignments — Compare rates across multiple courier partners (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Delivery, Ship rocket, etc.) to find the lowest shipping price for each consignment. Book accordingly, confirm with the supplier, and maintain records of all bookings, costs, and delivery timelines.
- Product Research — Research what products are in demand on eBay and international markets. Analyse pricing, competition, and profit margins before recommending new products.
- Vendor Communication — Call, email, and meet vendors to negotiate pricing, MOQs, and delivery terms. Build strong relationships with reliable suppliers for consistent stock.
- Listing Support — When needed, assist with writing product titles and descriptions for eBay and website listings.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has 1–3 years experience in e-commerce, trading, or procurement
- Communicates confidently in English or Hindi (vendor calls + eBay buyer messages)
- Is comfortable using WhatsApp, Email, Excel/Google Sheets daily
- Is self-driven — can research independently without being told what to do every step
- Has basic knowledge of international shipping or exports (preferred, not mandatory)
