Position Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and career-oriented Freshers who are interested in building their career in Business Development & Sales within the HVAC Ducting industry.
The selected candidates will receive on-the-job training and will be responsible for generating business opportunities, meeting clients, building relationships, and supporting the sales team in promoting DUCTTECH products across Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for HVAC ducting products.
- Visit consultants, contractors, builders, architects, developers, and project sites.
- Support senior sales managers in client meetings and business development activities.
- Identify upcoming HVAC, MEP, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with customers through calls, emails, and personal visits.
- Coordinate with the estimation, design, and production teams for quotations and proposals.
- Assist in preparing techno-commercial offers and sales presentations.
- Maintain customer records, visit reports, and daily sales activities.
- Achieve monthly business development targets assigned by the management.
- Represent DUCTTECH professionally to enhance brand visibility.
Key Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in Sales & Business Development.
- Willingness to learn about HVAC ducting products and systems.
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering concepts will be an advantage.
- Ability to build relationships with customers.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for customer visits.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Passionate about building a career in B2B Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
- Willing to travel extensively across Delhi NCR.
- Candidate must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence for local travel.
