Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer with 2 years of experience to plan, supervise, and execute construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site execution experience, and the ability to coordinate with contractors and project teams to ensure quality and timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions at the site.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and quantity estimation.
- Understanding of construction methods, RCC works, and finishing activities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Knowledge of project planning and execution.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
