The App is an emerging online bus ticket booking platform focused on providing passengers with a simple, reliable, and affordable travel booking experience. We are expanding our network of bus operators and customers across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and other regions of India.
Job ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Contact and onboard private bus operators to the NikiBus platform.
- Build relationships with travel agencies and transportation partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a sales pipeline.
Marketing
- Execute local and digital marketing campaigns.
- Promote Travel App services through social media and field marketing activities.
- Collect customer and operator feedback to improve services.
- Support brand awareness and customer acquisition initiatives.
Customer & Partner Support
- Assist bus operators during onboarding and training.
- Resolve partner queries and maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor operator performance and booking activity.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma holder from any discipline.
- Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, English.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development.
- Confidence in meeting clients and conducting presentations.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet tools.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sales, real estate, travel, tourism, or business development.
- Knowledge of transportation or travel industry is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
