We are seeking a skilled and creative Animator & Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, exceptional design skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce engaging visual content across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for animation projects.
- Create character designs, backgrounds, and other visual elements as needed.
- Use animation software (such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, or Toon Boom) to animate characters, objects, and environments.
- Ensure that animations are visually appealing, smooth, and consistent with the established style and tone of the project.
- Revise animations based on feedback from the creative team or clients.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques in animation.
- Conceptualize and create captivating designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and more.
- Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions that resonate with our target audience.
- Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, offer creative input, and provide feedback on design projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest standard of quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software tools to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an animator, with a portfolio showcasing previous animation work.
- Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Blender, or Toon Boom.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, and movement.
- Creative flair and the ability to bring ideas to life through animation.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take direction and feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in animation, multimedia design, or a related field (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or in-house marketing team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums and industries.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional design work.
