About the Role
Skilrock is seeking an energetic and commercially driven Business Development
professional to expand our presence across Europe. This role is ideal for a junior-to-mid
level candidate who understands the regional market, speaks fluent English and local
language(s), and can build strategic relationships with operators, regulators, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across Eastern Europe
Build relationships with lottery operators, gaming companies, resellers, and
government stakeholders
Support RFPs, proposals, and commercial negotiations
Represent company at industry events and trade shows
Maintain market intelligence on competitors, regulation, and new opportunities
Coordinate internally with sales, product, and delivery teams
Ideal Candidate
3+ years experience in business development / sales / partnerships
Strong command of English + one or more Eastern European languages
Spanish language is a plus
Existing business network in Eastern Europe preferred
Good understanding of Lottery / iGaming / Sports Betting / Gaming Tech
Self-starter who can work independently in regional markets
Comfortable with travel
