About the Role
Affilytix Media is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign management, budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance optimization to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI and ROAS.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Track conversions and campaign metrics using analytics and tracking tools.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and digital advertising best practices.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and bid strategies.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and ROI.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Experience working in a digital marketing or performance marketing agency.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing and lead generation campaigns is a plus.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
