Role Overview
The Company Trainee (CT) will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations across Assembly, Production, and Maintenance departments. The role involves hands-on training in automotive manufacturing processes while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in assembly line and production activities.
- Support machine operations and maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Male / Female
- Age: 18 to 23 years
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BA / B.Com / BBA / BSc (Pass out 2022 onwards)
- Local / Migrant: Both can apply
Shift & Work Details
- Shift Timing:
- 7:15 AM – 3:45 PM
- 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
- 12:15 AM – 7:15 AM
- Duty Hours: 8 hours per shift
- Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary & Allowances
- Basic Stipend:
- ITI: ₹18,500/month
- Diploma: ₹20,250/month
- Attendance Allowance: ₹1,500/month
- NCL Allowance: Holiday allowance if not clubbed with leave
- Overtime (OT): As per production requirements
- Retention Bonus: ₹12,000 after every 12 months
