We are looking for a Quality Inspector with experience in Sheet Metal manufacturing to ensure product quality, dimensional accuracy, and process compliance. The candidate should have good knowledge of inspection tools, drawings, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect sheet metal components and finished products as per drawing specifications.
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections.
- Use measuring instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Identify defects and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Ensure adherence to customer quality standards and internal procedures.
- Support root cause analysis for quality issues.
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical or relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in Sheet Metal Industry.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T basics.
- Knowledge of welding, fabrication, laser cutting, bending, and assembly inspection.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
