Job description:
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth in our Facility Management Services vertical. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence across corporate, commercial, and residential segments.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Hospitality, Facility Management, or Manpower/Staffing Services, with a deep understanding of client servicing and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients in corporate offices, residential societies, commercial spaces, and institutions
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, and cold outreach
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Pitch facility management services including housekeeping, security, technical services, and manpower solutions
- Prepare customized proposals, costings, and service presentations
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high client satisfaction
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and business forums
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
- Prior experience in Facility Management / Hospitality / Manpower Staffing Industry is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and service-based business models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to generate business independently and achieve targets
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Background in Hospitality (Hotels, Guest Relations, Front Office, F&B)
- Experience in Facility Services (Housekeeping, Technical, Soft & Hard Services)
- Exposure to Manpower/Staffing Solutions (Blue-collar & White-collar hiring)
- Strong corporate network and client database
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Cndidate must have their own 2-wheeler.
