Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive/HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, performance coordination, employee engagement, and exit formalities.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from manpower planning to candidate onboarding.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical interview rounds.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and recruitment MIS.
Onboarding & HR Operations
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, joining kits, ID cards, and other employee documentation.
- Create and maintain employee profiles in the HRMS/ERP system.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files (digital and physical).
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires.
Performance Management & Employee Engagement
- Coordinate goal setting and task management processes.
- Assist in collecting performance data and preparing appraisal reports.
- Conduct employee feedback and engagement surveys and support action plans.
HR Administration
- Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare periodic HR MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee databases.
Exit Management
- Process resignations and coordinate exit interviews and clearance formalities.
- Analyze exit feedback to identify employee retention opportunities.
- Issue experience letters and relieving letters in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive roles.
- Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Working knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
