Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the Infrastructure and Construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Infrastructure and Construction sector.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the Infrastructure, Construction, Building Materials, or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
