Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM) module configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to quality management workflows.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in the context of SAP solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
