The Procurement Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and controlling the procurement of food ingredients, packaging materials, kitchen equipment, consumables, office supplies, and other materials required for the smooth operation of Rail Rolls outlets.
The role requires strong vendor management, negotiation, cost control, inventory coordination, quality management, and timely procurement to ensure uninterrupted outlet operations.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProcurement & Purchasing
- Plan and manage procurement requirements for all outlets and departments.
- Purchase raw materials, food ingredients, packaging materials, cleaning supplies, equipment, and other operational requirements.
- Ensure materials are purchased at competitive prices without compromising quality.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
