Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Administration, Management, or related fields), Bachelor's or Masters degree in HR.
Requirement
1-2 yrs in HR Operations and full-cycle recruitment. (social sector preferred)
MS Office, Google Workspace, HR software
Proficiency in using job portals and knowledge of labour laws
Strong coordination & interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Understanding the recruitment process, job roles, drafting JDs, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Identifying candidates through job portals, employee references, and social media
Experience in Interview coordination, reference checks, and preparing offers and onboarding employees.
Tracking recruitment timelines, costing, and quality of hiring.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
