Job Responsibilities:-
HR Strategy
- Partner with the Managing Director and leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Build an HR function that supports rapid business growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop HR policies, systems, and processes that reflect industry best practices.
Talent Acquisition
- Develop annual manpower plans in coordination with department heads.
- Lead recruitment across all functions
- Build relationships with recruitment consultants and educational institutions.
- Ensure a structured onboarding and induction process.
Performance Management
- Design and implement a performance management system with measurable KPIs and KRAs.
- Conduct annual and mid-year performance reviews.
Compensation & Benefits
- Design competitive salary structures and incentive programmes.
- Benchmark compensation against industry standards.
- Oversee payroll in coordination with Finance.
Compliance & Labour Laws
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and employment regulations.
- Coordinate with legal advisors on employment matters.
HR Operations & Employee Engagement
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Oversee attendance and leave management
- Conduct behavioural, technical, and compliance training.
- Address employee grievances promptly and fairly
- Conduct employee engagement initiatives and feedback surveys.
- Improve employee retention and morale.'
- Foster collaboration across departments and project sites.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
