- Proven experience as a telecaller (Min. One Year Experienced)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Call potential customers and introduce our services
- Answer customer queries politely
- Follow up with interested clients
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and CRM tools
- Fluency in [English/Hindi/Punjabi]
