About the Role
Sloka International School, Vikarabad, is seeking dynamic and experienced Academic Incharges / Coordinators to lead and support academic excellence across the school. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and the ability to guide teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure effective implementation of the academic curriculum.
- Support, mentor, and guide teachers in lesson planning and classroom practices.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate academic activities, assessments, and examinations.
- Track student performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with academic standards and school policies.
- Collaborate with school leadership to achieve academic goals.
- Organize teacher training programs and professional development initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, teachers, and management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience.
- Strong academic background with excellent subject knowledge.
- Prior experience in academic coordination or leadership roles is preferred.
- Experience in the CBSE curriculum will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills.
