We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Officer – Agriculture to join our team.
Eligibility Criteria:
✔ B.Sc. Agriculture (Mandatory)
✔ 2–3 years of relevant experience in the agriculture sector
✔ Strong communication and farmer engagement skills
✔ Willingness to travel across assigned territories
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits and interact with farmers
- Provide crop advisory and technical support
- Organize farmer meetings and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors
- Monitor field activities and submit regular reports
