About the Internship
We're looking for 2 enthusiastic Learning & Development Interns to join our HR team in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates who want to gain real-world corporate experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, and Organizational Development.
You'll work closely with experienced HR professionals and contribute to impactful learning initiatives while developing practical skills that will prepare you for a successful HR career.
What You'll Do
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee training programs.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations, SOPs, and learning content.
- Coordinate training schedules and communicate with participants.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback reports.
- Analyze training feedback and prepare learning reports.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
- Support employee engagement and capability-building initiatives.
- Research the latest learning trends and best practices.
- Assist the Learning & Development team with ongoing projects and administrative activities.
Who We're Looking For
- Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate students (HR, MBA, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Learning & Development or Human Resources.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
