About the Role
We are looking for a creative and AI-savvy Social Media Manager who can plan, create, and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and AI tools to improve productivity and content quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content execution.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform algorithm changes.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, ideation, and workflow.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience with content planning and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
