Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Interior Site Supervisor to oversee on-site execution of interior projects. The role involves coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors for seamless execution
- Monitor quality of workmanship, materials, and finishes
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure client requirements are implemented effectively during execution
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision for interior projects (corporate/residential)
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior execution processes
- Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD proficiency preferred)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under deadlines

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
