- Support recruitment, interview coordination & onboarding documentation.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and prepare HR letters.
- Monitor attendance for HO & sites and prepare monthly payroll inputs.
- Assist in statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity & contractor compliance.
- Handle employee queries, communication & basic grievance support.
- Manage office administration: housekeeping, stationery, travel, vendor coordination.
- Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports & support HR audits.
