About the Role
Clovio Consulting is looking for a passionate and energetic IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT technologies, ensuring timely closures while maintaining a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Schedule technical interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Negotiate salary and facilitate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update the ATS/database regularly.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience hiring for technologies such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Testing, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tracking tools.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
