Job Title: PRT English Teacher (Grades 2–5)Role Overview
The PRT English Teacher will be responsible for teaching English to students of Grades 2 to 5, fostering strong reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and comprehension skills through engaging and interactive teaching methods in alignment with the curriculum followed by Central Board of Secondary Education affiliated schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for Grades 2–5.
- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and listening skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Use activity-based learning and digital teaching tools to enhance student engagement.
- Maintain academic records and communicate student progress with parents during PTMs.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with English as a main/elective subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. – Mandatory.
- CTET (Paper I) – Preferred.
- Master's Degree in English – Added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a CBSE/ICSE/recognized school preferred.
Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Creative, child-centric, and activity-based teaching approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
