Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI for our online store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Amazon Ads & Flipkart Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Monitor daily ad performance and adjust budgets and bids accordingly
- Develop A/B testing strategies for creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives
- Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and e-commerce advertising
- Manage product feed optimization for shopping campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce advertising.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
