Job Summary
Fern Holidays International is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to promote domestic and international holiday packages. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on existing leads.
- Explain holiday packages, memberships, and travel offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate travel information.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the operations team for booking and travel arrangements.
