Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and expand our plywood sales operations in Odisha. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in plywood or building materials sales, excellent dealer and distributor management skills, and proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch sales operations and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across Odisha.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, and business development plans.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with management on sales strategies and branch performance.
Requirements:
- 10–12+ years of experience in plywood, laminates, MDF, particle board, veneer, or building materials sales.
- Proven experience in branch management, sales management, or regional sales.
- Strong dealer network and market knowledge in Odisha.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
