Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and enhance system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) having Supply Planning experience
- Strong analytical skills with Supply Planning implementation experience,
- Build configure systems and perform testing after implementation of Supply planning processes,
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and their integration within software systems.
- Experience in Supply Planning
